GreenCourse AI Consulting helps golf courses, country clubs, resorts, teaching academies, and golf management companies identify operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance the member experience through AI-powered solutions and workflow automation.
Unlike traditional software companies, we don’t lead with a product. We lead with conversations and build relationships.
Through executive interviews, podcast discussions, operational assessments, and discovery meetings, we uncover the unique challenges facing golf facilities and then design practical AI-powered solutions to help solve them.
We are seeking a Founding Golf Growth Partner to help launch and scale GreenCourse AI Consulting throughout the golf industry.
This is not a salaried position.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial golf industry professional to become a foundational part of a startup focused exclusively on helping golf facilities thrive in the age of AI. while also helping golf courses acquire environmental sustainability certification.

The ideal candidate is a respected golf industry professional with an established network and the ability to open doors with decision-makers.
You may be:
• PGA Professional or former PGA Professional • Director of Golf • General Manager • Club Management Professional • Golf Management Company Executive • Golf Industry Consultant • Golf Technology Sales Professional • Golf Sales Representative • Former Owner or Operator of a Golf Facility • Country Club Executive• Golf Sales Executive
Most importantly, you have built meaningful relationships throughout the golf industry and enjoy connecting with people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and engage golf industry leaders and decision-makers • Secure executive interviews and discovery meetings • Introduce GreenCourse AI Consulting to golf facilities, ownership groups, and management companies • Build strategic relationships throughout the golf industry • Participate in podcast interviews, industry events, and networking opportunities • Assist in uncovering operational challenges and growth opportunities within golf facilities • Collaborate on solution presentations and business development efforts • Help shape the future growth strategy of the company • Assist in recruiting future ambassadors, advisors, and strategic partners
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Extensive golf industry experience • Strong professional network within the golf industry • Business development, sales, consulting, or leadership experience • Comfortable speaking with owners, General Managers, Directors of Golf, Boards, and executive leadership teams • Entrepreneurial mindset • Self-directed and highly motivated • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Passion for innovation and helping golf facilities succeed
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH:
• Active relationships with club executives, owners, operators, and management companies • PGA of America involvement or leadership experience • CMAA membership • Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation • Club Management Association leadership involvement • Golf management company relationships • Existing network of golf industry decision-makers • Golf technology or SaaS sales experience
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to build long-term value.
Compensation may include:
• Revenue sharing • Sales commissions • Referral compensation • Performance-based equity participation • Founding Partner ownership opportunities based on contribution and results
