<h2>Job Description</h2>
<p>The Regional Sales Manager serves as a trusted expert on the local golf economy, with deep knowledge of golf courses, industry leaders, competitors, and market trends. Leveraging this expertise, they partner with area and regional sales teams to maximize key performance metrics such as revenue growth, market and product penetration, tee time utilization, and golfer participation levels.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for selling the complete suite of GolfNow products and services, from tee time distribution and golf course technology solutions to marketing and operational support. The Regional Sales Manager works closely with existing accounts and prospects to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive both client success and GolfNow’s market performance. This role will report to the territory’s Regional Director, Sales.</p>
<p>Job Duties</p>
<ul>
<li>Prospect, consult, and close new golf course and resort partners on GolfNow’s full suite of products.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor all stages of the sales pipeline, collaborating with current account owners to ensure opportunities are tracked and advanced.</li>
<li>Strengthen and grow existing client relationships by recommending additional products and services that improve their business operations.</li>
<li>Partner with course operators to develop and support strategic plans that optimize operations and increase tee time utilization.</li>
<li>Drive adoption, engagement, and effective use of GolfNow’s core technology and service offerings.</li>
<li>Execute key regional and strategic sales initiatives in partnership with the team.</li>

<p>Basic Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an eCommerce-focused organization.</li>
<li>Formal sales training and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li>
<li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain digital product features and benefits.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to travel extensively as needed.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong understanding of local market dynamics and the golf industry.</li>

<p>Additional Job Requirements</p>

<li>Willingness to travel, work overtime, weekends, and holidays, sometimes with short notice.</li>
<li>This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.</li>
