About the Role

Business General Manager / Administrator Overall Role We are a real estate company seeking a General Manager/Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our businesses, including property management, a golf course, and storage units. Key Responsibilities Staff Management Schedule, train, and supervise Pro Shop, maintenance, and staff.Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed.Ensure staff follow company policies and safety procedures. Administration & Reporting Handle daily cash reconciliation, deposits, and sales reports.Manage inventory for Pro Shop merchandise, beverages, and supplies.Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.Process invoices, vendor orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Customer Service Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and local community.Promote course offerings, memberships, and special deals. Marketing & Sales Assist with social media updates, promotions, and advertising.Help drive revenue through tournaments, events, and product sales.Support efforts to increase memberships and repeat play. Compliance & Safety Ensure all operations comply with local laws, liquor license rules, and safety regulations.Maintain records for insurance, inspections, and incident reports. Supervise Daily Activities in Prior Business Golf Operations Supervise daily golf course operations (Pro Shop, cart fleet, tee times, pace of play).Manage tee sheet reservations and ensure smooth flow of players.Greet members and guests, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.Coordinate tournaments, leagues, and special events. Course & Facility Management Work with the Grounds Superintendent to ensure course quality and maintenance.Oversee driving range operations and equipment.Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities, including clubhouse and restrooms. Qualifications Knowledge in golf course operations, hospitality, or management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.Knowledge of golf is a strong advantage but not required.Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, spreadsheets). Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
