Experienced Line Cook Needed at Montreux Golf & Country Club Description: Montreux Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. Our club offers fine dining experiences to our members and guests, and we are looking for a passionate line cook who is dedicated to providing high-quality dishes with attention to detail and consistency. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our high standards for quality and taste Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation procedures Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials Help with inventory management and ordering supplies Assist with event catering as needed Qualifications Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant or food truck Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds If you are a skilled cook with a passion for cooking and a desire to work, we want to hear from you!
