We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook with 5 years experience minimal to join our culinary team and contribute to our high-quality dining offerings.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with recipes and club standards.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while upholding quality and presentation standards.
Assist with food preparation for banquets, events, and daily dining services.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant, country club, or hospitality setting preferred.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food preparation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
