Experience Required
2+ years of hospitality, private club, or golf facility.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with scheduling systems, POS, and member management software (TrackMan, ClubEssential, etc. a plus).
Passion for the game of golf and familiarity with golf equipment and technology.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
PGA Professional designation or working toward one
Event coordination experience in golf or private club environments
Background in retail or golf instruction operations
Essential Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations including facility readiness, cleanliness, and functionality of TrackMan bays and PuttView green.
Provide exceptional service and hospitality to members and guests.
Manage scheduling and oversee front desk, part-time, and operations staff.
Assist with member relations including onboarding, retention, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate private events, tournaments, and league nights.
Support merchandise and retail operations including inventory, sales, and display.
Work closely with the GM to implement club policies, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain operational standards for safety, technology, and cleanliness.
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the GM’s absence.
Track daily usage, monitor bay scheduling, and report membership metrics.
Assist with training and supervising staff to maintain brand standards and quality of service.
