About Unbound Golf
Unbound Golf is a newly PGA Recognized Indoor Golf Facility opening in Branchburg, NJ featuring five Trackman iO simulator bays (four open bays and one private bay) and a clubhouse-style environment where golfers can practice, compete, and connect year-round. The facility is designed to support both recreational play and player development while building a strong local golf community.
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop programming, and help build a strong golf community around the facility.
Position Overview
The General Manager will work directly with ownership to lead daily operations, oversee leagues and events, and help shape the customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership over programming, member experience, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to run a golf environment, not just work in one.
Full-time role including evenings and weekends based on facility activity and seasonality.

Essential Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Oversee day-to-day facility operations Ensure simulator bays and common areas are clean, organized, and fully operational Manage opening and closing procedures Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships Manage inventory (retail items, supplies, amenities) Develop and refine operational systems and procedures Track and report key operational metrics including utilization, membership activity, and event performance Golf Programming
Plan and execute leagues and tournaments Develop seasonal programming utilizing Trackman iO technology Support junior and adult player engagement Coordinate corporate and group events Help build signature Unbound programming Member Experience
Build strong relationships with members and guests Deliver high-touch customer service Support membership growth and retention Address customer feedback professionally Utilization & Growth
Help maximize bay utilization across peak and off-peak hours Identify opportunities to drive repeat visits and engagement Support pricing and programming feedback loops Encourage upgrades, referrals, and event participation Track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement Team Leadership
Manage part-time staff Build a strong service culture Assist with hiring as the facility grows Lead by example with professionalism and energy
