The Country Club of Little Rock

Founded in 1902, The Country Club of Little Rock is a premier private club with a rich tradition of Southern hospitality and exceptional service.

We are seeking experienced servers who take pride in caring for guests, work well with a team, and are ready to grow their hospitality skills. If you bring reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’d like to meet you.

Previous restaurant serving experience is required. Fine dining or private club experience is preferred, but not required.

Our service standards are high, and we will provide training and coaching to help you learn the details of private club dining. We’re looking for people who welcome feedback, put it into practice, and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests.Learn and consistently follow the Club’s standards for table presentation, dining service, and beverage service.Build your knowledge of menus, ingredients, daily offerings, and wine selections.Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through on requests.Complete preparation, side work, and cleaning responsibilities with care.Work closely with culinary and service teams to create a seamless dining experience.Build positive member relationships while maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries.Apply coaching and feedback to continually improve your service.What We’re Looking For

Serving experience: A solid foundation in restaurant service and a genuine interest in hospitality.Coachability: Willingness to ask questions, accept direction, and apply feedback.Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.Teamwork: Readiness to help teammates and contribute to the success of each shift.Professionalism: Respectful communication, a polished appearance, and composure during busy service.Attention to detail: Pride in getting the small things right and correcting mistakes promptly.A desire to grow: Interest in learning elevated service techniques, wine service, and the preferences of our members.Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.Our Standards and Values
