We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team at Compass Pointe Golf Club. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that food orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to enhance our guests' dining experience. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure that all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards before serving.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications and special requests.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly.
Support the culinary team during peak hours by assisting with food preparation as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for food presentation.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
