As a Part Time Golf Cart Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will collaborate with Supervisors and Management to ensure every member and guest enjoys an unforgettable experience when visiting our courses.

This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?
• Handle daily golf preparation, cart maintenance, and record keeping.
• Oversee bag room and assist with guest equipment transfers.
• Transport, clean, and charge golf carts.
• Set up and maintain practice range stations; pick and clean balls.
• Monitor pace of play and assist guests with GPS, course markings, and amenities.
• Ensure course supplies, restrooms, and stations are stocked and clean.
• Support golf operations, including valet parking, outing setup, and guest services.
• Assist course staff and perform additional duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities.
• Team player, capable of working independently and with others.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• High guest/client interaction required.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and safely operate a golf cart.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Golf knowledge and service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
