Focusing on effective methods, outstanding sales skills, and essential operational processes are key areas of concentration. Serves as a reliable authority in designated process categories, ensuring smooth implementation and increased productivity levels.Illustrates effectiveness and efficiency in executing processes while focusing on the athlete's well-being; ensures that products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages with athletes according to their preferences.Preserves company merchandising and presentation guidelines by adhering to established floor layout plans, signage requirements, price modifications, inventory presentation techniques, restocking standards, and similar principles.Inspires and drives customer engagement in company initiatives, such as participating in loyalty programs, purchasing warranties, and enrolling in private label credit card services.Establishes an inclusive retail environment where both colleagues and athletes are welcomed and treated respectfully.
