The Clubhouse at Meadow Hills is seeking Bartenders, Banquet Servers, Beverage Cart Attendants and Cooks
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of menu items wherein quality and presentation standards are met.
Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and basic math skills.
Set up banquet events by arranging tables, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
Attend to guests’ needs with excellent customer service skills, addressing questions about menu items or drink selections confidently.
Manage beverage carts on the course or event spaces by providing quick service while maintaining inventory levels and adhering to food safety standards.
Assist in food handling and serving during events or in restaurant settings, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or large events
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly desirable; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or events efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special event days like banquets.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions;
experience with retail math is advantageous.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
