Resort-Style F&B Manager for Luxury Club & Events

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team across clubs and events in the Las Vegas area. You will drive culinary decisions, guest experience, and the strategic direction of F&B initiatives, reporting to the Club Manager.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, cost of goods, labor, and supplier relations, and oversee weddings, corporate events, and banquets. Excellence in hospitality and leadership is essential.
