Dataw Island Club is looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartenders who enjoy creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests. What You'll Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests
Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
Provide friendly, attentive service while taking drink and snack orders
Recommend beverages and menu items based on guest preferences
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Restock inventory and bar supplies as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage regulations
Help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience
Schedule
Tuesday through Sunday availability
Available from at least 4 pm and on, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts required
What We're Looking For
At least 21 years of age
Previous bartending experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable
