Part-Time Servers
Dataw Island Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Part-Time Servers. If you enjoy providing exceptional hospitality in a beautiful club environment, we'd love to meet you!
Position Summary
As a Server, you will deliver outstanding dining experiences by providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to our members and guests. This position offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to work in our dining venues, special events, and banquets.
Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service.
Assist with banquet and special event setup and service as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
At least 2 years restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must have availability from at least 4pm on, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Team-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding member service.
