The Food & Beverage Manager role at Little Horse Tavern is a unique and exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join the opening team and shape the foundation of the guest experience. This position involves overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations including the restaurant, bar, events, and on-course concessions. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and energizing the service team, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the quality and professionalism that Fitler Club is known for. The position demands a meticulous attention to detail, an ability to coordinate closely with culinary and sales teams, and a dedication to cultivating a warm, respectful, and team-oriented culture.
