Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection of equipment
-Proper preventative maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections bearing and hydraulics.
- Maintenance of all cutting units for precise height and cut: grinding, back lapping, sharping and adjusting
- Provide excellent service by addressing concerns given by staff.
- Proactive to maintenance problems
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work with superintendent for ordering parts and priority of golf course equipment for operations.
Qualifications:
-3-5+ years mechanical experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic, with knowledge of gas and diesel maintenance and repair techniques.
- Self-motivated and organized
- Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical systems, equipment repair and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.
- Bearing, belts, pulleys, Clutches, seals and driveline repairs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
