Juniper Preserve is hiring for a Full Time Facilities Maintenance Technician! Responsibilities include all facets of repairs and maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment including the laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC systems, electrical, painting and carpentry and pool/spa maintenance. Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager in the turnover from construction to finished product. Responsible for the administration, and completion of all work orders and schedules to department personnel.
