Food and Beverage Hourly Manager

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Food and Beverage Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering a top-tier entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the entertainment center, restaurant, and bar to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards Manage guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience Assist with training, and supervising team members Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle cash register operations, daily financial reporting, and closing procedures Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus Must be able to pass a background check
