About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This role oversees daily front-of-house operations across all dining areas and events, ensuring excellence in service, atmosphere, and member satisfaction.
The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, Member Events Manager, Banquets & Catering Sales Manager and Club leadership to execute creative, seamless, and memorable dining experiences. This position will report to the Assistant General Manager. A successful candidate will bring the polish, discretion, and confidence to serve high-profile clientele while creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and fun.
Be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with members, anticipating needs, and building relationships with a discerning membership and their guests.
Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff, ensuring consistency in service standards and a strong culture of professionalism.
Collaborate across departments (culinary, events, golf, membership, and beyond) to deliver a cohesive and exceptional member experience.
Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring consistency in service standards that meet the expectations of a high-end private club.
Plan and execute special club events that bring energy and excitement to the membership.
Create and implement ongoing training programs that help staff grow their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
Maintain high standards of discretion, safety, and sanitation throughout operations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service from kitchen to table.
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls to meet operational and financial goals.
Lead pre-shift meetings, review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and communicate clearly with staff and other departments.
Ideal Candidate

Has experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality operations serving discerning clientele with elevated expectations.

Brings energy, professionalism, and a “coaching” leadership style.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train staff, building confidence and creating an engaged team culture.
Collaborative leader who works seamlessly with all departments to achieve shared goals.
Sommelier certification (CMS, WSET, or equivalent) or a strong working knowledge of wine and beverage programs is highly desirable.
Is polished and professional with the ability to anticipate needs and maintain discretion with high-profile members and guests.
Is committed to developing their career through training, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Is flexible with evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
