About the Role
Old Warson Country Club is seeking a Director of Instruction to lead all coaching and player development programs within an established and structured golf performance system. The Director of Instruction will report to the Director of Golf and manage all teaching, player development, and all other instruction-based programs.
This role is designed for a professional who values clarity, organization, and long-term player development, and who is motivated to keep the instructional offerings on the cutting edge of performance and technology.
The successful candidate will inherit a fully functioning and supported system that integrates instruction, junior programming, and performance-based training. The expectation is to execute and elevate this system, ensuring consistency, growth, and a high-quality member experience.
Casey Cox, the former Director of Instruction at Old Warson, has accepted a leadership opportunity within the broader sports performance industry that will take him beyond the St. Louis area. We are committed to identifying a successor who will build upon this success and continue delivering an exceptional coaching experience for our membership.
