Position: Golf Course Maintenance (Grounds Crew) Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Grounds Crew. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the golf course's landscape, ensuring a pristine playing environment for our guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging of grass areasAssist in the maintenance of golf course greens, tees, and fairwaysOperate and maintain various landscaping equipment and toolsMonitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the courseAssist in the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure high standards of course presentationParticipate in seasonal projects such as aeration, over seeding, and landscaping improvementsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not requiredAbility to operate lawn care equipment and machinery safely and effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsGood physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objectsStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededQualifications:Valid Driver's License.18 years of age and over preferred.Ability to lift 50lbs.Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions including inclement conditions when necessary (afternoons preferred)Ability to work weekends and holidaysWe offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
