About the Role
Arrowhead Country Club is accepting applications for full-time seasonal golf course maintenance laborers. The grounds crew reports to the Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent and is responsible for preforming all work details related to general golf course maintenance and for operating maintenance equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Use walking and riding greens mowers, tee mowers, rough mowers, rollers, carts, push mowers, and a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools to maintain the golf course and clubhouse grounds.Hand rake and maintain bunkersRepair ball marks on greens and fill in divots on tees and fairwaysOperate equipment in a safe and efficient mannerWork closely with other golf course maintenance employees performing job assignmentsPerform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, club grounds and construction. Raking, mowing, trimming of bushes, mulching, irrigation, digging holes, clearing debris such as fallen limbs and branchesClean and maintain equipment that is used. Treat all equipment with care and respectQualifications
Must be 18 years of ageMust have valid driver’s license and vehicle to driveMust be able to stand, walk several hours at a timeAbility to lift 50-75 lbsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsJob Type: Full-time
