Dedicated to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, the company is a standout in its industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Turf Equipment Mechanic based in Carlisle, PA. The Turf Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various turf and heavy equipment used across the golf course. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and operational issues to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely. Regular equipment inspections and maintaining accurate service records are key day-to-day responsibilities. As well as, filling in the crew when needed/available. Qualifications • Experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and expertise in maintaining and repairing outdoor power equipment • Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address mechanical or operational issues • Understanding of turf management equipment is highly preferred • Strong organizational skills to maintain comprehensive service records • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with safety protocols and standards for equipment maintenance and repair
