This position oversees the entire golf and ski day-to-day operations, including the Golf Shop, Golf Course, Golf Tournaments, Golf Car Fleet Operations, and Golf Practice Facilities.

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and services. Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Represent the resort within the local and national golf community through organizations such as the PGA, the CGA, and the USGA. Enforce all facility rules and regulations governing the use of golf course, golf cars,
