SWING HOUSE — LEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL / DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION Swing House is seeking an experienced golf professional to lead our instruction program at our members-only indoor golf club in Staten Island. Planned start date: December 1, 2026. This is a flexible, lesson-based opportunity for a teaching professional who wants the ability to manage their own schedule, grow their personal client base, and take ownership of a high-level instruction program within a premium golf environment. The Lead Golf Professional will: Lead private golf instruction at Swing House Manage their own lesson availability and schedule Have the ability to bring existing and new clients to Swing House Provide instruction to Swing House members Help introduce outside lesson clients to Swing House membership when appropriate Recruit and oversee additional qualified instructors as demand grows Develop clinics, lesson packages, junior instruction, group sessions, and other instructional programming Maintain a high standard of professionalism and member experience Compensation will be lesson-based and structured to reward the value, clientele, and instruction business the right professional brings to Swing House. This is not an hourly position, and we are prepared to compensate the right person well for helping build and lead the program. We are looking for someone who is personable, experienced, self-motivated, and interested in making the instruction side of Swing House their own. TrackMan technology, swing cameras, premium simulator bays, and a private club environment will provide the foundation for a high-level, year-round teaching program.
