Mechanic/Equipment Manager
Established in 1964, Prestwick Country Club strives to be the finest full-service, family-oriented, and private golf and country club in the Chicagoland area. Social Events and Family Activities
Mechanic/Equipment Manager
· Reports Directly to the Course Superintendent
· Maintain all Green & Grounds equipment in excellent working order
· Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
· Develop long-term strategies for equipment replacement and upgrades
· Work independently with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 5+ years Mechanic experience
· Certification in automotive repair, diesel engine repair, or similar fields
· Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and cutting units
· Effective communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
