We are seeking a seasonal Grounds Crew member to join our team at Tellico Village. The ideal candidate will contribute to landscape upkeep and ensure that our grounds are well-maintained for all residents to enjoy. Responsibilities
Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting.Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.Irrigate gardens and lawns to promote healthy growth.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor areas.Assist in the installation and upkeep of landscaping features.Monitor plant health and address any issues as needed.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.Requirements
Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamHours
