We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the Adobe Bar & Grille’s food and beverage operations during assigned shifts. You will ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits and inspections. Furthermore, you will address guest concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction and work collaboratively with other departments, especially during special events and banquets.
This role requires managing inventory and cost controls to prevent losses while maintaining sufficient supplies. Strategic scheduling duties will ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth daily operations and special functions. You will also participate in cross-training efforts within Banquets to enhance service consistency and comprehensive guest experiences. The position occasionally serves as the Manager on Duty (MOD), requiring you to oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and continuous service.
