<p>We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Golf Outside Operations team. This position plays a vital role in providing a First Class experience for members and guests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a recently retired individual or someone seeking seasonal work hours through the fall. </p>
<p>Responsibilities and Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests at all times.</li>
<li>Demonstrate an understanding of golf operations and how they function.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of private club standards and expectations.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.</li>
<li>Operate golf carts, ball pickers, and other golf course machinery safely and responsibly.</li>
<li>Maintain reliable transportation to and from work.</li>
<li>Adhere to a punctual schedule, with availability as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 10:00 PM when necessary.</li>
<li>Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain comfortable with physical, outdoor tasks.</li>
<li>Show initiative and the ability to “hustle” during work shifts, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment.</li>
<li>Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.</li>
</ul>
<p>Individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the position may be invited back for the full season in 2027.</p>
