Outside Operations Attendant

As part of our outside services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and seamless golfing experience, with a focus on member attentiveness and proactive service. Your ability to anticipate needs and interact warmly with members will be key to success in this position.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Member Interaction:</strong> Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Engage in conversations and build rapport with regulars and new faces alike, creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Proactive Service:</strong> Anticipate the needs of members before they ask. Whether it’s offering water, providing an umbrella on a rainy day, or assisting with their golf bag, take initiative to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Golf Cart Maintenance:</strong> Ensure that golf carts are clean, stocked, and properly maintained at all times. Double-check carts for proper equipment, such as scorecards, tees, sand for divots and pencils, and ensure carts are charged and ready for use.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Course Familiarity:</strong> Be knowledgeable about the golf course layout and facility, and amenities to provide accurate information to members and guests.
