About the Role: Drive Excellence on the Green As a Cart Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our members’ golf experience. From preparing carts to maintaining the driving range, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every round of golf begins and ends smoothly. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for energetic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties): • Warm Welcome: Greet members and guests with professionalism and courtesy, assisting with any immediate needs and directing concerns to supervisors when necessary. • Cart Care: Stage, fuel, and inspect golf carts; load and unload golf bags; and ensure carts are clean, stocked, and ready for play. • Range Maintenance: Organize and replenish balls, clean equipment, and maintain a neat, well-supplied driving range. • Service Support: Keep all work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to enhance the member experience. • Team Contribution: Assist with onboarding new attendants, attend staff meetings, and support additional golf operations as directed. Physical Demands: • Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting golf bags, cleaning carts, and collecting range balls. • Safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 lbs. • Remain active on your feet for extended periods. • Work outdoors in Florida’s climate, including sun, heat, and occasional rain. What You Bring (Qualifications): • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Valid driver’s license required. • Three to six months of related experience or training; one year of prior cart/bag drop experience is a plus. • Experience playing golf a plus. • Friendly attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for providing excellent service. Working Conditions: This role primarily involves outdoor work, with occasional indoor responsibilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions are essential.
