Job Summary
The Part-Time Cart/Bag Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors by ensuring all needs related to golf equipment and preparation are met. This role supports daily golf operations by maintaining carts, handling bags, preparing the driving range, and upholding The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. Core Values.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Understands and practices The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. Core Values.
• Greets all members, guests, and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Loads bags according to the daily tee sheet.
• Bring golf carts from storage to the staging area with proper scorecards.
• Manage bag drop efficiently for members and guests.
• Prepares the driving range sets up bag stands, balls, and yardage markers.
• Operates the range picker to retrieve balls.
• Washes range balls daily.
• Maintains the driving range and replenishes balls as needed.
• Removes golf bags from carts and moves them to the cleaning area.
• Cleans clubs and returns bags to assigned storage locations.
• Cleans golf carts removes towels and trash, washes, wipes down, and prepares for next use.
• Restocks towels, pencils, tees, and sand bottles; returns carts to proper parking and plugs in chargers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bag room and cart barn.
• Maintains water stations and ashtrays at the Pro Shop.
• Other Duties as assigned

Physical Demands
• Ability to work outdoors for the entire shift in varying Florida weather conditions.
