Director Of Racquets
As the Director of Racquets, you are responsible for the overall racquets operations at your facility and will report directly to the GM. Working within the framework of Tumble Brook Country Club, the Director will run an operation compatible with the interests of members and their guests as well as club employees. This includes the quality of the club's tennis services and programs along with the security and protection of the club's assets and facilities.
Key responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member serviceEnsure the courts sports facilities look immaculate at all timesTeach tennis and pickleball lessons/clinicsHelp organize and run events, camps, league matchesHelp with court maintenance of the 7 Hartru Courts & 6 Pickleball Courts.Help the pro shop staff with member questions related to sports courtsHelp grow the number of tennis players in the communityMinimum Qualifications:
Experience in Start up operations opening new Tennis and Pickle Ball Facilities.Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1-2 years' experience and/or the equivalent in experience and training in a private, member-owned club/space.Other Qualifications:
USPTA or PTA certificationIPTPA or PPA is not required but is a plusMust be friendly and outgoing and show a passion for pickleballPossesses strong hospitality, human relations skills and strong work ethicPresents a professional appearance and demeanor in all exchangesMust have excellent organizational and time management skillsFULL TIME BENEFITS
