Role Description The Golf Shop Staff role is a part-time, on-site position located at Broadlands Golf Club in North Prairie, WI. Team members assist guests with check-in, tee time reservations, and point-of-sale transactions, ensuring a smooth start to each round of golf. Daily tasks include providing product recommendations, maintaining merchandise displays, handling special orders, and keeping the golf shop clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role supports excellent customer service by answering questions about the course, rates, events, and merchandise, and coordinating with other club staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Golf Shop Staff may also help with tournament preparation, outing check-ins, and basic administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and teammates.Basic understanding of golf facility operations;Comfort with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic computer usage.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and maintain an organized work area.Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or golf environments preferred but not required.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Compensation $12-$18 per hour Free golf, range and cart use Meals during working hours Merchandise discount
