Vestavia Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Instruction to lead and manage all aspects of the golf instruction program. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class teaching program that caters to players of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee all instructional programs, including private lessons, group clinics, junior golf, women’s programs, corporate outings, and player development initiatives.

– Create a comprehensive teaching curriculum using modern techniques, technologies (e.g., TrackMan, V1), and performance analysis tools.

– Collaborate with the Director of Golf and other department heads to integrate instruction with overall club operations and member engagement.

– Maintain a consistent presence on the practice facility and course, building rapport with members and guests.

– Organize and lead golf schools, player assessments, clinics, and promotional events.

– Stay current with industry best practices and continue professional development.
