Overview: Providence Country Club is seeking a Turnhouse Supervisor to join our team to provide food and beverage service for the golf course turn and/or snack bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Individuals considered for this position will be expected to excel in fast-paced, high-volume, environment and must positively contribute to the country club and golf course atmosphere. Dependability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a vibrant personality are expected. This individual must be able to respond promptly to customer needs while deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Greets the members and guests cheerfully by name if possible or addresses them by sir or ma’am. Assists with table setup, maintenance, cleanliness of dining areas. Complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion. Serves Alcoholic Beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards. Maintains full knowledge of food and beverage offerings, current a la carte menus and Daily Specials. Properly receives, stores and inventories all beverage and/or bar products. Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Does side work during non-busy hours. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Will assure that member’s satisfaction standards are consistently attained and will seek opportunities to create positive, memorable experience for both members and guests. Maintains a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area. Preforms additional duties as assigned by manager. Includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Must have reliable transportation. Qualifications: Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40lbs Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time Ability to use a point of sale terminal Basic Mathematical Skills (Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide) Must be of age to serve an Alcoholic Beverage in the State of North Carolina Country Club Experience preferred but not required Salary Range: USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
