This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and developing and executing interactive programming.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all timesSupervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp CounselorsCreate a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activitiesAssist in the creation and leadkidsclub programmingCheck children in and out according to Club proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of theKidsClub areaCommunicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience or any concernsEnforceKidsClub policies and safety standards consistentlyAssist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activitiesRespond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies QualificationsPrevious teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required.
