Job Overview
At Traverse City Golf & Country Club, our busy golf season is approaching, and we are hiring several kitchen team members to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our kitchen supports daily lunch and dinner service, banquets, weddings, golf events, wine dinners, and year-round special events — all while offering a great work-life balance with most summer shifts ending before 10 PM.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Daytime Dishwasher / Prep Assistant
Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 10 AM–3 PM. Assists with banquet prep, dishwashing, and kitchen organization, with opportunities for additional hours.
Nighttime Dishwasher
Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 4 PM–10 PM. Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning, trash removal, and closing duties.
Prep / Banquet Assistant
Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 9 AM–4 PM. Helps prepare for events, assists the banquet chef, prepares crew meals, and maintains banquet kitchen cleanliness.Seeking a skilled cook comfortable with multiple cooking techniques, station prep and cleanliness, specials, wine dinners, and high-volume lunch and dinner service.We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who enjoy teamwork, learning, and creating memorable dining experiences. Experienced Line Cook
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 45.0 per week
