The Position | Job Title: Director of Golf Department: Golf Operations FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: CEO Employment Classification: Regular, Full Time Work Arrangement: Onsite Compensation: Starting at $130k SUMMARY The Director of Golf leads golf operations at Black Butte Ranch, home to two scenic 18-hole  championship courses—Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow—set among Ponderosa pines with Cascade  Mountain views. The Ranch’s golf experience includes practice facilities, golf shops, PGA instruction,  tournaments, group outings, equipment rentals, and the Little Meadow Putting Course. This role oversees guest service, staffing, financial performance, retail, tournaments, and player development while  partnering across departments to deliver an exceptional golf experience.
