Position Overview The Director of Golf is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of Cascata's golf course operations. This role ensures an exceptional golf experience for members and guests, oversees golf operations staff, manages the golf shop and player services, coordinates closely with agronomy/grounds leadership on course conditioning, and partners with the Cabot Managed Properties ELT on budgeting, standards, and long-term planning for the golf program. The Director of Golf models Cascata's culture and brand standards and helps ensure the Cabot brand is authentically represented in every guest and member interaction.
