Server / Bartender

Rolling Hills Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Servers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to members and guests in both daily club operations and special events. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service to members and guestsTake food and drink orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and club offeringsAssist with setup, service, and breakdown of dining rooms and event spacesEnsure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stationsWork closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operationsUphold club standards of hospitality and professionalism at all timesQualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special eventsTeam-oriented with a positive and dependable attitudeAbility to stand and move for extended periods and lift trays or service items as neededRolling Hills Country Club offers a welcoming team environment and opportunities to grow within our hospitality operation.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
