Line Cook Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to FMK's standard recipes and guidelines. Ensure the timely delivery and plating of dishes to maintain quality and presentation. Assist in the final preparations of dishes before they are sent to the dining area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Uphold quality and sanitation standards in all food preparation and cooking processes.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure a smooth workflow. Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
