<p>The General Manager (GM) is the chief operating executive of North Hills Country Club, responsible for the coordination, direction, and oversight of all Club operations and activities. Reporting directly to the President of the Board of Directors, the GM ensures a consistently exceptional member experience while managing the Club's grounds and golf course maintenance, pro shop and golf operations, food and beverage services, membership department, and accounting/finance function as a single, unified operation. The GM is accountable for the Club's fiscal health, membership growth and retention, staff leadership, and the execution of the Board's strategic priorities.</p>
