The General Manager implements the policies established by the Board while providing strategic leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, exceptional member experiences, and a positive workplace culture.</p><p><br /></p><p>As the Club's visible leader, the General Manager fosters strong relationships with members, guests, employees, and the surrounding community while ensuring that Augusta Country Club remains a premier private club in Central Maine.</p>
