Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business.
Operate POS systems such as Jonas POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing member charges.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours in a fine dining or casual setting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining or catering environments.
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas for efficient order processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for retail math and cash inventories.
Experience with bar management or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
