Golf Course Superintendent Golf Course in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview: The Bridges Golf Course is looking for a motivated hands-on Superintendent to run all aspects of the golf course maintenance and staff. Including turf grass management, irrigation, equipment maintenance, clubhouse property, and supervision of maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will be highly visible, hands-on, organized, and comfortable leading from the front while recruiting, developing, and retaining a strong maintenance team.

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just maintain a golf course, but someone who has pride in ownership and the ability to continually improve course conditions, presentation, operational efficiency, and overall appearance of the facility.

Requirements • Degree preferred but not required • Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License (or obtain one within 90 days) • Working knowledge of irrigation systems • Ability to work early hours, weekends and Holidays when needed, varying weather conditions • Valid US Driver’s License

Compensation $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
