Full Job Description
The Crew Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Golf Course Spray Technician to join the maintenance team at a premier private country club. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a dependable professional with experience in golf course chemical applications.
The ideal candidate will have a current pesticide applicator license, experience operating golf course spray equipment, and a strong understanding of safely mixing and applying chemicals to maintain exceptional turf conditions.
Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and other turf management products
Safely mix and prepare chemical applications according to product labels and regulations
Operate boom sprayers and other golf course spray equipment
Monitor turf conditions and identify pest, weed, and disease issues
Maintain accurate records of chemical applications
Calibrate, clean, and maintain spray equipment
Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
Assist with other golf course maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications
Current pesticide applicator license required
Previous experience applying chemicals on a golf course required
Experience operating boom sprayers and golf course spray equipment
Strong understanding of chemical mixing procedures and application rates
Excellent attention to detail
Highly dependable with outstanding attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have reliable transportation
