Selected candidate must be flexible to work daytime and evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcomes guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, Ascertains guests dining needs, Seats guests and manages restaurant seating charts, Manage reservations efficiently, Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding their table status, Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow, Answers phone calls and handles guest inquiries in a professional manner, Checks voicemail recordings, ensuring prompt response is made, Responds to guests’ inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, Performs opening and closing duties as needed, Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host station, Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, Assists others with side work, including but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Assists fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships, Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service at all times
