We hire golf coaches, not swing instructors: our coaches diagnose the real cause of a player’s scores, build a measurable plan around it, and own the player’s progress from evaluation through to results. At SwingFIT you’ll run the full evaluation-to-close process for new players, coach a book of established and improving golfers, and take a wider role in the member experience at your location. What you’ll do - Coach players across the mid-range — Break 100 through Break 80 — using TrackMan data and dual-camera video, every session. - Run Golf Swing Evaluations end to end, with a clear recommendation and a stated goal every time. - Grow and retain your own book of members: a new-member target and a churn target, both tracked weekly. - Complete a post-lesson record and plan the same day, every time. What we’re looking for - Fully PGA-qualified, with a proven coaching track record. - Confident presenting a recommendation and asking for commitment, without being pushy about it. - Comfortable working from data — TrackMan numbers inform every session plan. - A team player who takes ownership of results, not just hours delivered. WHY COACH AT SWINGFIT A base that backs you. This role carries a high, guaranteed base salary, set deliberately above the regional standard. The base is fixed in your contract and never changes. On top of it, a performance bonus activates once your monthly lesson count crosses set thresholds —the bonus is what grows, not the base. A defined growth path from newly qualified to an experience PGA Teaching Professional on the same criteria for everyone: coaching experience, member results and retention, and internal CPD. Your thresholds are set and shared with you in writing before you sign. Visa & insurance sorted We sponsor and manage your UAE residency visa and provide medical insurance after approval — visa fees, medical testing, and Emirates ID costs are on us, never deducted from you. Flights and moving costs are the candidate’s own. We support you as you settle in, plus a structured coach-development programme from day one. Contract A 2-year fixed-term contract, renewable, under UAE labour law.
